New York City Boiler Signoff:

FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION:
These requirements are for new building construction seeking gas sign off and gas authorization. Not all items apply to every building, for example, not every new building will contain a standpipe and/or sprinkler system.

  • Tap Letter
  • Water Meter Permit
  • Sprinkler Hydro Test (for floor or floors housing boiler(s) including floor above and below)
  • Standpipe Passed (for floor or floors housing boiler(s) including floor above and below)
  • Boiler Inspection Passed

FOR EXISTING CONSTRUCTION:
